We are washing the fresh harvested vegetables very careful in refrigerated rooms, where all the employees, machines and rooms meet the strictest hygiene conditions. Sometimes, the vegetables are being washed within one hour after they are harvested.
After washing, the water is being cleaned with an advanced installation and then will be reused. Hereby, we save a lot of water. So Green Specialties does not only wash thoroughly, but also sustainable. At the end of the washing process, the vegetables are being dried and checked again. Now, they are going directly to the packing line.
